  • Director of Design Operations

    Position is responsible for overseeing the operations and logistics related to event design; must have operations background and experience with budgeting, sourcing and planning. Position requires strong leadership, project management and team skills.

  • Event Planner

    Communicate with clients in order to grasp the span of the event and the vision that the client has for the event. Determine location where event will be held in accordance with the client’s specification. Perform marketing and public relations activities for the proposed events.

    Coordinate services for events, from displays, decoration and transportation to catering and security.  Distributes and delegates tasks to different departments and lead all departments through event set up and breakdown. Coordinates and manages production team of over 30 individuals. Establish budget for each event and service, and allocate funds to each department in preparation for the event. Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and their adherence to fête’s policies and procedures. Conduct post-event evaluations to determine how future events can improve.

    Must have a bachelors of science in hotel administration and at least 1 year of relevant experience and experience working with high-end clientele.

  • Budget Director

    Duties include: Direct the preparation of regular and special budget reports. Perform cost-benefit analyses to compare operating programs, review financial requests, and explore alternative financing methods. Inform department managers of the status and availability of funds. Review proposed budget submissions from department managers for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with laws and other regulations. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years with event production budgets, are required. At least 6 months of experience establishing a billing system is required. At least 2 years of experience with MS Office, Quickbooks, and RealWorld are required.
